# Create an additional account and switch between accounts
A single Gcore login controls multiple accounts without re-authorization. Switching between them is useful for anyone managing several accounts at once.
## Create an additional account
To create an additional account:
1\. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.
2\. Click **Switch account** to expand the account menu.
3\. Click **Create a new account**.
4\. In the **Create an additional account** dialog, enter an account name and click **Create account**.
The account name must be unique. If the name already exists in the system, the account will not be created.
After the account is created, the Dashboard for the new account opens automatically.
The services of a newly created account are inactive by default.
## Switch to another account
To switch to a different account:
1\. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.
2\. Click **Switch account** to display a list of all available accounts.
3\. Click the desired account to switch to it.
## Log in to a specific account
To log in directly to one of several linked accounts:
1\. Enter a username and password on the [authorization page](https://auth.gcore.com/login/signin).
2\. If multiple accounts are linked to the login, a selection page appears for selecting the account to use.
3\. Click the required account to log in.
